TASHKENTLAND

In major cities around the world, there is certainly a place where entertainment for people of all ages is concentrated. Tashkent was no exception. In 1997, the Tashkentland entertainment complex was built, which locals call “Disneyland in Tashkent.” The park appeared simultaneously with the water park, next to the Tashkent TV tower.

The impressive territory of the park accommodates a huge variety of attractions. Not only children, but also adults can spend time here for their pleasure. The pond separates Tashkentland and the Japanese Garden. One of the most extreme rides, the “Roller Coaster,” was installed above the water.

The long winding railway either rises sharply, or, having made a revolution, abruptly carries down the carriages with passengers. Not everyone dares to take a ride, but everyone who does decide is overwhelmed with emotions.

Another attraction for thrill-seekers is “The Hammer”. This is a huge structure with a row of chairs that rotates vertically, turning everything over before your eyes. Before riding the “Hammer”, it is better to leave all the things that are in your pockets with your friends who will be waiting below, since at the moment of the overturn, all your belongings rain down to the ground. “Wave” is something between extreme and calm entertainment, but is the most popular attraction in Tashkentland. Despite the seeming harmlessness from the outside, riding on the “Volna” allows you to feel all the charm of sea motion.

For lovers of quiet entertainment, there is the “Castle of Horror”, where you can happily throw out your emotions while riding through the dark labyrinths. There is also entertainment for the little ones: a carousel with ponies swaying rhythmically or a train ready to take kids around the park. One of the largest Ferris wheels in the country will allow you to enjoy views of the city and the amusement park.

For those who want to explore in detail the entire territory of the Expo Center, the park, and the Japanese garden, there is a cable car more than 1.5 kilometers long. The route is quite long, so in summer it would be a good idea to take water with you, since there are no intermediate descents and you will have to wait to return to the starting point to quench your thirst.

It's a good idea to take your kids on an African safari. You can admire the themed views from the side of a small boat, which makes a circle, rocking on the leisurely waves. Various figures of animals, rocks, ancient drawings on stones - this will be remembered by children.

Entrance to Tashkentland is paid, but the time spent on the territory is unlimited, and most of the attractions are free. True, the entrance to the cable car is located outside and to do this you will have to leave the territory. So you should immediately plan your route and program.
